Since 2004, V K Group has built websites, software and apps for businesses across India. In 2009 we launched MyHostIndia.com to host them ourselves — and spent a decade watching what other hosts did to our clients: slow servers, vanishing support, renewal shock of 3–5× the signup price, hidden limits and migration nightmares.

Vinod has spent over two decades getting businesses online. He founded V K Group in Pune in 2004 to build websites, custom software and mobile apps, and launched MyHostIndia.com in 2009. Since then he has personally managed hosting, migrations, email and security for hundreds of businesses.
He launched HostCloud in 2020 to put that hands-on experience behind a modern cloud platform. He still reviews HostCloud's technical content and stays involved in customer escalations, because a host should be accountable to the people it serves.

What happens if my website goes down?
Open a support ticket or call us. Critical issues are prioritized and typically resolved within 2 hours. We proactively monitor uptime and often know about issues before you do and if we fall below our 99.9% SLA, we credit your account automatically.
Can I migrate my existing website to HostCloud?
Yes, and in most cases we handle it for free. Submit a migration request, provide access to your current host, and we transfer your files, databases, and email accounts. We test on a temporary URL, then switch DNS with zero downtime — most sites are live within 24 hours.
Do hosting prices increase at renewal?
No. The price you see is the price you pay at signup and at renewal. We do not lure you in with first-year discounts and then quadruple pricing. We believe in transparent, predictable pricing for the lifetime of your hosting.
What hosting plan should I choose?
For most business websites starting out, our Web Hosting Starter plan (₹99/month) is enough. For WordPress specifically, WordPress Hosting (₹199/month) is optimized for better performance. Do you offer email hosting with domain names?
Yes. Every hosting plan includes email accounts. For professional email with collaboration tools, we offer Google Workspace (₹699/user/month) and Microsoft 365 (₹799/user/month) both integrate seamlessly with domains registered through HostCloud.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets (Paytm, PhonePe). Annual plans offer the best value and include a free domain name on select plans.
